Almost 10 years ago I wrote a tutorial to introduce folks to Cisco's IOS, a powerful but complicated operating system for network devices. Over time it has become one of the most popular documents on the subject on the Internet, at least as ranked by the major search engines. I'm an English Major turned Tech geek, and I put a lot of work into making a useful document. It's better than most technical writing on the Web, if I do say so myself.
